The Micro controller based small kits  / assembled PCBs are produced on a mass scale. The in-house stages followed for that are as follows:

 

• Understanding the requirements of our customers and designing small prototypes first and getting the go-ahead from our customers
• We do the PCB designing, layout printing then the PCB manufacturing.
• For the Bare board PCBs we do the component assembly, wave soldering and also SMD assembly by using refold. We are also into programming of micro controller, software development, IC testing, assembly of programmed ICs and testing of PCB.
• We also develop Plastic cabinate, metal cabinate, boxes, and molded plastic cases according to pre-designed looks of the equipments.

We offer our clients with micro controller based systems those are used in different electronic devices and equipments. We are able to perform all the tasks right from designing to production of micro our state-of-the-art facilities. We provide electronic goods. PCBs and other products that are used in all industrial sectors, projects, institutions, colleges, automation and other applications.

We are into manufacturing Multiple Voting Machine Assembly , PCB assembly, PCBs, bare boards of PCBs, metal core PCBs, flexible PCBs and microprocessor boards. We manufacture and assemble printed circuit boards on turnkey, complete with plastic box, metal cabinate or mould, on contract basis and also manufacture entire range of products as per specifications of the customers.

We are also into the manufacturing, assembly and designing of printed circuit board (PCBs) - bare board MFG. & PCB assembly, SMD assembly available in diverse sizes. These are offered in single side, double side, multilayer and other designs to suit varied requirements of our clients. We use top-quality FR4, glass epoxy, metal core and other raw materials to produce PCBs that are widely used in electronic assembly and other similar applications.
